Upon placing your FPP Logo Design package order, a package will be mailed out to your address. This package will contain an FPP Logo Instruction Sheetsl and the Logo Designs Sample Sheets.

Real estate is a very competitive business. If you don't find a way to market yourself effectively you will not be around very long. No matter how big the company is that you work for, you will have to market yourself to become successful. In today's market, buyers are deciding who they choose as their REALTOR® because of who the person is, not because of the company they are working for.

Each agent is their own business - they are independent contractors working on their own. Sure - they are backed by a company whose name they work under - but in actuality they are their own business ... and they need to market themselves as a business. Every business needs to establish their own identity ... and an agent logo is the first place to start when creating a visual identity.

Most logos have two main elements: a photograph and a graphic. The concept behind using logos is to get the viewer to remember two things: to have them remember your facial features and your name. If they see your logo enough times, they should be able to recognize you both by face and also by name. Successful marketing with your agent logo will accomplish just that.

Creating your agent logo with the FPP Logo Design Package couldn't be easier.

Step 1 - Select Your Desired Logo Design Style

When you purchase the FPP Logo Design package you will receive a few pages illustrating the 60 different logo design samples available. While most are individual logos, some of them are team logos incorporating two or more agents within the same logo. It is common for a husband and wife to use a team logo utilizing both of their pictures. After viewing all of the different logo designs, select which one you would like yours to look like.

Step 2 - Pick Colors for Your First Name and Last Name

For example, if you work for REMAX and you wanted your first name to be colored REMAX red (which is PMS 192), you would write "REMAX Red" on the order from next to "First Name Color". Next, you would write "REMAX Blue" (which is Reflex Blue) on the "Last Name Color" line of the order form.

Step 3 - Provide the Names to be Used in the Logo

As simple as it may sound, we still ask you to tell us how your first and last names should appear on the logo. If your first name was Richard, do you want your logo to show your first name as Richard, Rich or Dick?

Step 4 - Write Down Your Slogan

If the logo design style you chose utilizes a slogan, you have the option of using the same slogan as in the sample - or sending in your own slogan.

For example, listed below is Logo Design #1 for Debra & Phil Paul. Their slogan is "Integrity, Performance & Trust, You'll Find It All In Us."

If you select this logo design style, you can use this same slogan ... or you can send in your own.

If the logo design you've selected utilizes a photograph, you will need to send in a photograph of you. In some instances you can send in a photograph of you in a different pose.

For example, illustrated to the right is logo number 9. It shows our customer Simon King. If you selected this logo style, your name would appear in the same style as Simon King's name. However, if you liked the photographic pose that Parker Black used in Logo Design #12, you could send in a picture like Parker.

To complete this scenario, let's say your name was Keith Williams and you liked Logo Design #9 but wanted to use a picture with the pose from Logo Design #12. Finally, you wanted to change the slogan from "Simon Says You Deserve The Best" to be "Your REALTOR® for Life!" Listed below would be the end result of this logo.

Simply mail us your desired logo picture along with your completed order form to finish the ordering process. Once we receive your mail, our graphic designers will process the order and a PDF proof of the logo will be emailed to you. Once you give final approval, the final logo will be mailed to you on CD. Any original pictures or CD's that were sent to us for this logo design will also be returned to you upon final approval.

Once you receive your final CD you will be able to begin utilizing the logo in all of your marketing products. Use it on everything you use: newspaper ads, house flyers, letterheads, envelopes, brochures, business cards, and web pages.
